Nova Classical STEM Academy

Full STEAM Ahead is happy to welcome Nova to the Fort Myers STEAM community. As parents ourselves, we have been interested in the vision this school offers and optimistic regarding what it can offer our own children and our students. We have been in regular conversation with Nova's founder, regarding future collaboration. This school is set to open the coming 2026-2027 school year. They have open houses, both virtual and in-person scheduled. Full STEAM Ahead will have a table at the coming Nova Open House on January 31, from 1-3 pm. We encourage you to come see the school for yourself this weekend and please stop by our spot to say hi, talk to Ms. Kendall and Mr. Gant (more info on our newest staff member below!), play with some STEM stuff, and chat with us!

Dear Families of Full STEAM Ahead,

I am delighted to connect with you as the Executive Director of Nova Classical STEM Academy and the President of Discovery Science Schools. Discovery Science Schools operates high-performing charter schools in Central Florida, and all five schools have been recognized as Schools of Excellence by the Florida Department of Education.

Nova offers a full-time K-12 classical STEM charter school (K-7 the first year) designed to advance gifted and accelerated students through a strong foundation in both classical education and STEM. Because of this, I see a clear alignment and a truly complementary relationship between NOVA and Full STEAM Ahead. Together, we share a commitment to curiosity, creativity, and meaningful enrichment for students.
