Ryan & Hilary Shore

Ryan and Hilary Shore founded Full STEAM Ahead back in 2015, and have been growing and evolving with it ever since. Collectively, they've taught at every level from infants to senior citizens, and everything in between, including their own two boys (8 and 9) who STILL never want to leave Full STEAM Ahead each day.

Miss Beth, as she's known to parents and kids alike, is the friendly face and voice on the other end of most phone and email conversations you will have with Full STEAM Ahead. Since 2020, Beth's love of learning, teaching, and community shines through every day as she teaches STEM, Art, Explore, and runs our Naples site.

Matt Sanchez

Mr. Matt took the STEAM world by storm with his energy, intelligence, dedication, and curiosity when he joined Full STEAM Ahead in 2022. A quick study and a natural fit with his Science and Tech background, Matt took over the primarily curriculum writing responsibilities for STEM early on, and most STEM lessons taught at any site have Mr. Matt's fingerprints all over them.

Kendall Harmaty

Kendall is our most recent full time addition, and after 1 conversation with her you will know why. Her passion and attention to detail shines through in every lesson she teaches, every interaction with kids and with parents, and every lesson she writes. Her background ranges from teaching English to literally lighting her arm on fire for performative science shows. Good luck finding something she can't do!
