Full STEAM Ahead Specialty Summer Camps are the perfect way to keep your child growing all summer long. Our STEM Summer Camps and Arts Summer Camps allow children to dig deeper into topics that they love in a way that helps them grow intellectually and socially. Our campers make new friends with common goals. They spend their summer using problem solving skills and creativity. All specialty camps include access to our Maker Traits, STEAM Cents, Challenge Badges, and learning opportunities across the STEAM spectrum.
During our Specialty Camp Minecraft 1: Builders and Crafters, students will learn the basics of the computer program Minecraft, a block builder and adventure game with limitless potential. Staff will help students get comfortable with the use of keyboard and mouse controls, while giving them challenging problems to solve from recreating famous architecture, to designing their own puzzles, and even creating their own minigames.
