YouTube Creators Intro Camp is for students without prior experience in creating and building YouTube channel. Ready to be the next great YouTuber? Come and find out what it takes to enter the arena of the YouTube elite. Learn about how to find your audience, record and edit videos, get views and likes create logos, build subscribers, market your channel, internet safety, monetization, and more in this one week half day camp. Advanced Robotics campers will build and use LEGO Mindstorm robots like a pro! Students will build custom bots to solve real world problems. Builders, you will learn how to make your bot faster or more powerful, even compete in Olympic-style robotics competition. Your designs in these events will be your own custom creations. Put your coding, engineering, and design skills to the test while making friends, having fun, and learning practical robotics skills to prepare you for the future.

Build, Battle and Code will teach campers to use LEGO Mindstorms, Ozobots, MIPS, and other robots to learn the basics of programming and robotics. During this camp you will design and build battle robots, program a robot dance battle, and design games with robot players.

This portion of Game Design camp focuses on coding fundamentals, working toward creating more complex code for our custom games. Scratch Specialty Summer Camp is an introductory coding class. This camp is designed for campers with little or no experience to learn and build fundamentals of coding. Students will learn using the Scratch coding language. Scratch is a powerful block style coding program with a visual drag and drop process that has an enormous following and community. Campers will learn about conditionals, variables, events, loops, and more as they create animations and games using custom code.

This portion of Game Design camp focuses on Animation of characters including digital drawing, rigging, GUI creation, and the visual elements of game design. Scratch, a web-based animation and coding platform, will be our studio for specialty camp students to create custom video games! Students will learn how to create several styles of games (platformers, racing games, scrollers, and more). Students will learn how to customize levels, characters, and behaviors to make the next smash hit game. Learn real coding basics while having fun and exercising creativity. No coding experience necessary!
