1. Register with us first.

Sign up for your classes on our website or through the Parent Portal, same as any family. This is what saves your child's seat in the class.

2. Tell us you're using Step Up funds.

In the notes section when you register, write "USING AVAILABLE STEP UP FUNDS".

If your funds start on a future date, write USING AVAILABLE FUNDS, START DATE OF ____ and fill in the date. This tells our billing team not to charge your card for tuition.

3. Order the same classes in EMA.

Log in to your Step Up EMA portal and place the order for the classes you just registered for. Do this the same day you register with us - we can only hold an enrollment for 24 hours without a matching EMA order. Registering in both places is necessary to match the enrollment to the payment method.

4. Still waiting on scholarship approval? A card holds your spot.

If you've applied for Step Up and are waiting to hear back, you can pay by card to lock in your child's seat, and we'll refund that payment in full if and when your funds are approved. We can't hold spots without either a payment or proof that your funds are available and accepted - our rooms are small on purpose, and an empty held seat is a seat another family can't have.

5. We invoice Step Up. You're done.

Once your EMA order is in, we bill Step Up directly and the funds come to us from your account. Once the payment has cleared, you are fully registered for the class.
