Mentor curious kids, build real skills, and earn service hours that actually count. Whether you need hours by a deadline or want a role you can grow into, we have a spot for you.

Our days are full of kids building, coding, designing, creating, and making music. Behind every one of those moments is someone who showed up to help. That could be you. Our volunteers mentor our kids, learn how a real education program runs, and walk away with experience and hours that open doors to scholarships and diplomas.

The Basics

Ages: Grade 7 and up
Cost: Free. This is volunteer service, which is exactly what makes the hours count.
Schedule: Set hours, summer or school year. Full or half days in summer.
Safety: Our kids come first. Volunteers are always supervised by our trained staff.
Dress: Professional casual, closed-toed shoes.

Who can volunteer?

Junior Counselor · Grades 7 to 8
Your first leadership role. Mentor younger kids, build service habits early, and get a head start most students don't.

Volunteer & Intern · Grades 9 to 12
Our core role. Work alongside our team, earn documented hours toward scholarships and diplomas, and build a resume that stands out.

College Intern · College
Hands-on experience for college students, especially future teachers. Ask us about our college pathway.

Need a certain number of hours by a deadline? Tell us your target and we'll set you up with a schedule that gets you there.

Internship & Mentorship
Want something consistent to grow into and put on applications? Take on a real role, build responsibility over time, and earn a letter of recommendation.

What You'll Do

First and always, you'll be right there with our kids. From there, you'll help activities run, keep supplies organized, support our team, and see first-hand how a great program works. If you love kids and love learning, you'll fit right in.
